SEND students are, on average, two years behind their peers in maths by the time they sit GCSEs. That gap isn't inevitable. It's a systems failure โ and we're building the fix.

The story of Malgosha
Malgosha is the villain in A Minecraft Movie. She wanted to dance โ and got up in front of everyone in the Nether to show them. They laughed at her.
She concluded that creativity only brings suffering. That putting yourself forward, trying, showing what you can do โ it only leads to humiliation. So she buried it, turned bitter, and spent the rest of her story trying to destroy the very thing she'd once loved.
Every SEND student knows that feeling. The hand that went up and got the wrong answer. The reading that stumbled in front of the class. The question that came too slowly while everyone else had moved on. The system โ underfunded, overloaded, built for someone else โ did to them exactly what the Nether did to Malgosha.
Malgosha the tutor is that character redeemed.
She knows exactly what it feels like to be laughed at for trying. She has infinite patience because she knows what impatience costs. She never gives up because she knows what it's like when nobody believes in you.

Evidence over intuition
Every pedagogical decision in Malgosha is backed by research. We don't add features because they feel nice. We add them because the evidence says they work.
